Not only did they provided us with great pricing on the two systems but had them installed within a week. Dustin was very professional from start to finish. He was patient and explained all things related to the AC system and installation process. He and his crew were responsive, prompt, experienced, efficient, and meticulous. We found Dustin through Yelp, which didn’t give me a good experience in the past when looking for another service company. But last winter when an emergency heating problem occurred, I thought I would give Yelp another chance. Surprisingly, dealing with Home Comfort Systems and Dustin is a satisfactory experience so far. I rarely post reviews, but I felt it necessary to share my positive experience with this company. I will make this as brief as possible. I have a very old hvac system, and beginning in April my husband and I began getting estimates hoping our current system would last until the fall. We had not made a decision regarding who we would hire to install the new unit. The air conditioner was working well all summer until I came home around 5:30 pm last Thursday and the temperature was 78 degrees. I called a company close to my home and they sent someone within 1 hour to see what the issue was. The technician come out and said he wasn’t sure what the issue was but the air was back on. I was so relieved and grateful because my mom lives with us. When I arrived home on Friday evening, the temperature was again at 78 degrees. I searched again for another company close to home and decided to try Home Comfort Systems. Although it was after 5:00, they were able to find a technician, Johnathan, who was willing to leave his last job and stop by the house to see if he could get the system going. He was there until dark. Finally, he came to the door and said I am so sorry, but I am not sure what is going on. I thought what I did would work, but it is not working. He then said let me check your thermostat again and he reset it. He apologized again, but he said I called my manager and we can both come back tomorrow at 8:00 am Saturday morning to look at it together. He was very concerned that we would not have air and asked if I needed a fan. I told him I had a fan in the garage and I would see him tomorrow morning at 8:00 am. I then realized I had not paid him and asked how much do I owe you he said don’t worry about it we will back in the morning. As soon as he left, I went to the garage and got the fan and took it upstairs to my mom, I heard the doorbell ring. It was Johnathan. He said as I was getting ready to leave and I think the unit came on, can I come in and check your vent. The air was working!! The air has worked since. When we met on Saturday, Dustin and Johnathan discussed the good, better, and best estimates based on our needs and budget. I am impressed by them taking the time to meet with me while ensuring the unit is working as best as it can. They are both compassionate, have integrity, and diligent. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.
I’m a newer customer with a yearly contract that started last fall. Home Comfort Systems techs have been here twice for routine inspections and once to install a filter system. The ease of making appointments and the friendliness and professionalism of the techs are the best we’ve seen. 5/5 and highly recommended.

He was able to diagnose the issue with my A/C and fix at a very reasonable price; my A/C had been giving me issues all weekend and my original service provider flaked this morning and told me they can’t get here until next week, but Dustin was able to accommodate service and repair in a matter of hours. I am so incredibly impressed with Home Comfort Systems! If I could give them a million stars, I would. I had an old gas pack AC unit that I knew needed to be replaced soon. One very hot Saturday night in July it decided to stop working. I called at least 2 different ‘emergency’ companies to come out and neither had a technician available on a weekend. I called Home Comfort on Tuesday afternoon and they had someone here first thing Wednesday morning. Dustin, who is also the owner of the company, came out with his technician and figured out what the issue was within minutes and was able to fix the issue asap. He also was able to provide me with a few quotes on different systems and explain the differences between them. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I did not set up an appointment for a replacement right away due to the heat we had this summer and having animals in the house. Dustin kept in touch, reaching out to see if I had any questions. Most of all to make sure my unit was still running ok. I contacted him numerous times with a million questions and he took the time to answer every one. He never pushed for me to make an appointment or pushed me in 1 direction or the other, system-wise. I finally had my new system installed yesterday. Dustin and his technicians showed up on time, were very professional, kind, courteous, and just great guys. They worked throughout the entire day, never taking a break. The job turned out to be a bit more work than expected but they got it done, and in only 1 day! They cleaned up everything before they left and made sure to ask if I had any questions regarding the new system. I can’t say enough about Dustin and his team! Customer service seems to be a thing of the past these days. Not with this company! They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers, and it’s so refreshing! I had at least 10 different companies come to give me quotes on a new unit, and none compared to Home Comfort Systems. I am so glad I chose Home Comfort Systems to replace my old ancient AC unit! I recently had these guys come by and replace an old Goodman R-22 unit with a newer Rheem unit. Dustin and his team came out and replaced the unit within a few hours during our scheduled appointment. They were diligent regarding any questions, preferences, etc. The quote process was honest and transparent. They also pulled the necessary permits and I had no issues with the town inspection that followed install. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest local business!
Last year I replaced two A/C units with Home Comfort Systems. My purchase included two free maintenance services. They remind me timely and technicians are very courteous. This summer, one of units had a leak and it did not cool down. It was not the unit itself, but the pipe in the attic. They sent a technician on the same day. I did not only buy the units from them, but also the after care. I am very satisfied with their service. Thank you!!
Dustin was great. Heat pump stopped cooling, and I called them out. Refrigerant was empty. Dustin was more than happy to get it up and running again, but there was obviously a leak and who knew how long it would last. He laid out what it would cost to add refrigerant, find the leak, and troubleshoot any other issues. It is a 20-30+ year old unit so I felt it was well beyond its operating life and on borrowed time. I will end up getting a new unit, but at no point felt pressured to do so. Dustin wanted to do what he could to add value and reduce the price where possible. He was great to work with.
I woke up at 0300 and it was 81 degrees in the house. Couldn’t self-diagnose at 0315 and had to get to work. I called them just after 0800 and they were able to get me taken care of by 1400 hours. Phone call was pleasant and professional. The technician Jonathan T. was very professional and was willing to explain anything I had questions about and he even pointed out a busted water line to my backyard hose that I never use; luckily it only leaks when turned on. Great job Jonathan!! Thank you for getting to me on a hot day and the day before July 4th. Very much appreciated!! I was so pleased I signed up for the maintenance plan.
Professional & friendly, very respectful to me & my property, very timely—had a technician come out the same day I called, came twice & added freon to give me some relief from the heat until the install could be done, process to get financial help via their partner went very well. Our A/C stopped working one night and they were able to come out and fix the problem by the next day. The whole team was very professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions, explaining the process as they went, and were very easy to work with. Excellent service. I had a competitor come out first, tried to have me replace my entire system. I didn’t tell Dustin that. Dustin was professional, timely, and pleasant. He did an extremely thorough inspection and provided a detailed explanation and options going forward. And if you haven’t guessed I didn’t need a system replacement. Will recommend to neighbors. Covering floor areas and feet to care for our house as well as closing doors behind them as they went back and forth working. Dustin came out to see what was wrong with my unit and they found out that my condensation line was clogged and that the person that installed the condensation line did at minimum code. They had to cut the line and install a new p-trap with a cleanout on top. These guys always impress me with their knowledge and customer service. 5-star service! Thanks, Home Comfort Systems!
Had them service both of our units, which are older. They performed the service we requested and gave some recommendations for the units. There was no pressure or upsell to move forward with any of the recommendations, which is greatly appreciated. Overall very satisfied with their services and would recommend.
My 5-year-old HVAC stopped working, and after dragging my feet on getting it fixed, I did a quick search on the web and found Home Comfort Systems and gave them a call. I was able to get an appointment later that day. There were 2 issues, one of which was causing my system not to work and the other issue was a part that was going out and could cause problems later on. My tech, Jonathan T., was very professional and did a great job of explaining his work. The first issue was fixed that day and the second issue was done 2 days later. We ended up using a different company for our new HVAC installation, but it was through no fault of anyone at Home Comfort and, under different circumstances, we absolutely would have used this company. They actually answered the phone when I called for service. Jaylen was out 2.5 hours later (in June!). He was quick, thorough, and polite. I was very pleased with the overall experience.
I started with Home Comfort Systems a few years ago and am glad I did. They are super and honest. The tenant in a house I rent out notified me that the AC was not working about two weeks ago. I was in Europe at the time and contacted Home Comfort from there. I asked them to do whatever needed to be done, essentially giving them a blank check. They checked it out the next morning, found a dirty switch, cleaned it and charged me $81 total. Companies don’t get better than that.
I’ve been using Home Comfort Systems and Dustin Doyle for over a year now to inspect, maintain, and repair the HVAC systems in our house that we have owned since 2007. Dustin is kind of a modest guy, but he really knows his systems and understands the need to put options in front of customers and how to work through various topics so that people are confident they are getting what they need/want, and not having something extra foisted upon them. Last summer our Carrier Gas Pack was having issues with the A/C circuit, and Dustin came up with a viable repair that is still working today (just did the spring inspection). At the same time, our upstairs heat pump, which we had to recharge last summer, was obviously non-functional due to an R410a leak. Dustin gave me a host of options, including replacing the suspected leaking part in the air handler unit, replacing the air handler completely, and then a range of complete system change-outs ranging from a basis replacement of what we had for $7300 all the way up to the very best and most recent systems with variable speed air handles and compressor systems for close to 20k. We opted for a complete system swap and it was completed on Friday in the space of about 6 hours. Been working great all weekend and I’m confident it will continue to function well for hopefully the next 10-15 years. Long story short, I really trust these guys and never feel forced into anything, and when they say they will do it, they do it and for the exact quoted price. Workers are good and considerate. Really a good group to do business with and I really felt they cared and gave personal attention to our needs. The team is thorough. Obviously, I feel very good about who they are as a company and their approach to finding good solutions for our HVAC needs.

Mr. Doyle was on time, extremely professional, down to earth, and took time to explain and break down exactly what the problem was with our HVAC. I appreciated his straightforward demeanor, didn’t put any pressure on purchasing a maintenance plan, and left a great impression on our household. Because of that, I went ahead and signed up for the maintenance plan feeling that level of reassurance if something does go wrong, we‘ll be taken care of.
